Dancing Gliders are handmade shoe covers designed to fit over your existing footwear. They help reduce friction between your shoes and the dance floor, allowing you to turn, glide and move more freely without buying specialist dance shoes.

Dancing Gliders can be worn over many styles of shoes, trainers and boots. For the safest and most comfortable fit, choose footwear that is secure on your feet and select the correct Dancing Gliders size for your shoes.

The collection includes Bow, Scrunch and Flat styles in a variety of colours and fabrics. Bow and Scrunch styles offer a more decorative look, while the Flat style provides a simpler, understated finish. Some designs and sizes may be more suitable for particular types of footwear, so please check the individual product description before ordering.

They can be used for a wide range of dance styles, including ballroom, sequence, line dancing and contemporary dance. They are particularly useful when you want smoother movement on a floor that creates too much friction beneath your usual footwear.

Dancing Gliders are intended for suitable indoor dance floors. As surfaces vary, we recommend testing them carefully before dancing fully. Avoid using them on wet, uneven or outdoor surfaces, and stop using them if they become damaged or no longer feel secure.

After use, gently remove any dust or loose debris and allow them to air naturally before storing. As the collection contains different materials—including faux suede, velvet and stretch fabrics—always follow any care instructions included with the individual product. Avoid harsh cleaning products and tumble drying unless specifically stated.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days using Royal Mail. UK delivery is free on orders over £35, while delivery charges for smaller orders and international purchases are shown at checkout. Unused items may be returned in their original, saleable condition, with return postage paid by the buyer.
