2. Ordering
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order will be accepted, and a contract formed, once your payment has been processed and your item has been dispatched.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payment via PayPal and debit card.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days via Royal Mail.
UK delivery is free on orders over £35. For orders under £35, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
International delivery is available; costs and times will be shown at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us.
Items must be unused and in their original, sellable condition.
Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.
